An informative and entertaining audio tour featuring Henry Sandon and skilled craftsmen, tells the story of the factories history, its talented workforce and everyday life.

Behind The Scenes Visit to the Worcester Porcelain Museum
For pre booked groups of 12 and over we offer a visit that includes a personal welcome and introductory talk by a member of staff, a chance to view at first hand some of the items in our china and archive stores and listen to recordings of the wonderful memories of past workers at the Royal Worcester Factory.
The behind the scenes visit also includes entrance to the museum.

Watch and Meet NADFAS Conservators
Every Wednesday, with the exception of August, NADFAS Conservators can be found cleaning and covering rare archives in the museum's 20th Century gallery. The work is carried out in a voluntary capacity and as many of the records were used regularly by the workforce and design department their work will ensure the records are retained in the best possible condition.

Meet and Watch Master Gilder at Work
On Tuesdays and Fridays of each week, Master Gilder, Ken Russell can be found working in the Georgian gallery. Ken is an ex Royal Worcester Artist with over 40 years of experience he takes his insperation from the Dudley Service and specialises in creating intricate jewelled pieces of work.
His work is available for sale from the Museum shop and Ken is also pleased to accept private commission.
On rare occassions Ken takes holiday so please check his availability to avoid disapointment.
